This post is all due to Jon who called me with the info and told me I must share with all of you.

 



He found any deal through WOOT for 2.99 for the full year and you can purchase up to a 4 year subscription ( $2.99 per year).

 



The deal can be found on WOOT or TANGO. Get the special pricing with the code: HOMES.



Not sure why, but when I checked out the deal was $2.99. I've now been told my readers that some are getting it for $2.99 and some for $3.99. Still a good deal.
