Seeing stripes

One of my latest trips to IKEA saw me seeing stripes and it made me quite the happy lady.

Check out some of my favorites:

This little tray quickly made it’s way into my cart.

This slightly larger tray reminded me of Kate Spade:

The gray/white striped napkins remember me of chic & cheap pencils.

The HALLO collection caught my interest and I thought these would look lovely in an outdoor setting.

I  could see this pillow working with so many of my clients spaces. It’s the perfect navy/white combo with tiny stripes that works as a great neutral.

I know fleece is normally not chic, but it sure is yummy to cuddy with and these

blankets.

This fabric actually did make it into my cart for two clients homes. You’ll get a peak of one of them in action on Monday!

Have any of these lovely beauties made it into your home?

Those little fleece blankets would be perfect for our beach house! My Husband always rushes me through Ikea so I prefer to go with my Sister. I actually once heard a guy saying to wife "okay honey now focus".

I picked up three of the black & white cushions the other day to use as floor pillows in our family room. Can't beat the price and the covers zip off to toss in the laundry!

Gorgeous, love all the strips - particularly the trays! I WISH we would get an Ikea in Louisville, but it's unlikely - closest one is in Cincinnati. :(

I love stripes. I have striped walls in a couple rooms and my dining room chairs are black and ivory stripe. You just can't go wrong. That tray is great.

Love me some stripes! Just bought some totally adorable striped paper plates, cups and napkins at IKEA. Love them. Only place I don't really love stripes is on walls (I know I am the minority!). Oh, and bathing suit bottoms. No thank you...
