Chic Chandy

Love this new chandelier from Ballard Designs.

It reminds me of the beaded stunners from Marjorie Skouras:

Ok they are not identical, but totally similar vibe. I already ordered the small version for my hallway! I think I'm going to order some beads in a contrasting color to add to rim.

Can't wait for it to arrive.

Love this! I definitely think that adding beads around the rim will add that little oomph of glamour that the teal Chandelier has... This will be lovely! Can't wait to see what you do with it!

Laura from Neapolitan recently suggested this light to me when I designed a room around the Marjorie one- it's such a great alternative and so much more affordable- I was thinking of buying one and adding some beads to the rim too- that's the part that makes it not quite as special as the Skouras version so I think it will look fanastic with a little detail there- looking forward to seeing your pics when it is done:)

I have always loved the turquoise one, but honestly the BD cream will work in more places-I love it!

So weird I was literally just looking through the catalog this morning and thought I would like to get the small one for my entry...I rarely buy new, but make exceptions every once in awhile and true the price point is pretty fab.
